Using a craft activity for example: PHYSICAL ACCESSIBILITY: Ensure tables are at a height suitable for people using wheelchairs, with enough space between for easy movement. COMMUNICATION: Use clear, easy to follow instructions, consider including printed materials with images or symbols to support verbal guidance. ALL ABILITIES: Design your activity to cater to a range of skill levels and abilities. SENSORY CONSIDERATIONS: Be mindful of sensory sensitivities. Offer alternatives where possible, such as headphones, simple colouring sheets, or sensory toys. FINANCIAL ACCESSIBILITY: Ensure the activity is free for participants.

VEHICLE MOVEMENT: Please read the following and confirm your agreement by initialling below. The event begins at 4pm. All vehicles must be removed from the event area by 3.30pm. If you require your vehicle on-site during the event, you must receive prior approval from the event staff. A vehicle ban will be in place from 3.30pm to 8.45pm. No vehicles are permitted to enter, exit or move within the event area during this time. *
